Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 5 m.-sized apple
- 125 g flour (all-purpose flour) gluten-free
- 125 ml milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 50 g sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon powder
- some oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and slice the apples. Then core and set aside. Mix the gluten-free all-purpose flour, milk, salt, and two egg yolks into a batter. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter. Heat the oil in a pan and dip the apple rings, one by one, into the batter and fry. Drain the finished apple fritters briefly on a plate with kitchen paper to prevent them from becoming too oily. Mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the finished apple fritters.
