Pasta with tomato sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (we prefer spaghetti)
  • 1 bottle of tomato ketchup
  • 250 g sausage (hunting sausage)
  • n. B. Flour
  • n. B. water
  • Salt
  • Margarine, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until tender. Meanwhile, dice the sausage and fry in a little margarine. Deglaze with a little water (approx. 150-200 ml) and add the ketchup. Bring to a boil. Whisk a little water with the flour to thicken the sauce to taste. Serve with the pasta.
