Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g Celery, cleaned and weighed
- 2 apples
- 2 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
- 150 g yogurt
- 1 banana(s)
- some lemon juice
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp salad herbs
- 1 bunch of chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the celery, trim the leaves, and finely chop the stalks. Wash and dice the apples, then add them to a bowl with the celery. Blend the quark, yogurt, and the banana (drizzled with lemon juice) with the dressing ingredients listed. Season with honey. Pour the dressing over the celery and apples and sprinkle with salad herbs and chives.
