Pasta with tuna, mushrooms and capers

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (e.g. spirelli, penne …)
  • salt water
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 150 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 tbsp capers, small
  • 1 can of tuna
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • basil
  • e.g. olive oil or other oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in oil in a pan. Add the cleaned and sliced ​​mushrooms and fry. Now add the cooked pasta and capers. Season everything generously with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil and mix well. Caution: Add the tuna at the end, otherwise it will be too dry. Stir well, and you’re done. This is an absolutely fantastic dish for a quick meal between meals, and during my student days!
