Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter or margarine
  • 80 g powdered sugar
  • 300 g flour or spelt flour
  • 100 g chocolate, white or couverture, melted
  • 2 egg whites
  • 100 g butter
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 100 g chocolate, white or couverture, melted

Instructions

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 58 minutes

Protein utilization

Combine the butter, powdered sugar, and egg whites. Stir in the melted chocolate or couverture coating. Add the flour and mix until smooth. Using a piping bag or cake syringe, pipe small dots onto the baking sheet. Bake at 180°C for approximately 8-10 minutes, then cool. Combine the butter and powdered sugar well, stir in the melted white chocolate coating, and let it set slightly. Spread the mixture over the cookies, sandwiching them together in pairs.
