Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 300 g peas
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • n. B. water
  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel the potatoes and dice them into small cubes. Heat the olive oil and add the diced potatoes and peas. Roast briefly, then deglaze with water as needed. Simmer until the vegetables are tender. Add cream and salt, and finally puree. Serve hot.
