Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the flour, dry yeast, and salt thoroughly. Then add the water and olive oil to the flour mixture and knead in a stand mixer with the dough hook until you have a smooth dough. Add a little more water or flour if necessary. Let it rest for at least half an hour (the longer you let it rest, the better the dough will be—I usually let it rest for about two hours and knead it two or three times). After rolling it out, you can top it with any ingredients you like. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (fan oven).
