Peach and currant sour cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g peach(s)
  • 200 g blackcurrant juice
  • 200 g sour milk
  • e.g. lemon juice
  • e.g. sugar or agave syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the peach, halve it, and remove the pit. Chop the peach further if necessary and mix with the remaining ingredients. Season to taste and pour into jars.
