Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 packs of puff pastry from the refrigerated section
  • 6 tbsp tomato paste
  • some cream
  • Salt
  • n. B. Herbs of your choice
  • 1 can peach(s), drained
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 200 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Mix the tomato paste with a little cream and the herbs. Unroll the puff pastry and spread with the tomato paste mixture. Finely dice the onion and peaches, spread them on the puff pastry, and sprinkle with cheese. Unroll the puff pastry and freeze the rolls for about 30 minutes (this makes them easier to cut). Cut the puff pastry rolls into approximately 1 cm thick pieces and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
