Peach Cake without Baking – Quick and Summery

- 1 Cake base sponge cake
- 2 Cans Peaches, capacity 820g
- 500 g Cream 30% fat
- 500 ml Multivitamin juice, e.g. Granini
- 2 Bags Dr.Oetker, dessert sauce without cooking, vanilla flavor
- Drain the peaches and then cut them into cubes.
- 2 Whip the cream until stiff. If you want, you can also use cream stabilizer
- Place the cake base on a cake plate, spread the sliced peaches on top, layer a little more in the middle, and then spread the whipped cream over the peaches as well.
- Beat 500ml cold multivitamin juice with 2 bags of dessert sauce in the measuring cup. CAUTION quickly becomes too viscous. That’s why I recommend adding one bag first and pouring in the second until the sauce has a good consistency to distribute. If it’s too thick, add more juice. If it is too thin it is better to have a spare bag. Spread the whole thing on the cream.
- Off to the fridge. Tastes best when it is cool.
- The whole thing also works with red fruits. Maybe cherries and cherry juice instead of multi-juice.
