Vegetable Soup with Cheese Tortellini
The perfect vegetable soup with cheese tortellini recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,75 l Water
- 1 tbsp Instant vegetable broth, see homemade in m. KB
- 1 piece Diced shallot
- 1 piece Carrot, diced
- 100 g Leek, sliced
- 50 g Diced zucchini
- 20 g Celery green
- 50 g Celery, cut into small slices
- 1 piece Smoked sausage
- 50 g Tortellini filled with cheese
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tsp Rosemary needles
Vegetables:
- First chop the vegetables and sausage with a knife and fry them briefly in a pan.
Soup:
- Heat the tortellini in a little stocking water, put the stock with the water, the stocking mixture, the chopped vegetables and the chopped sausage in a suitable saucepan and slowly simmer for 5 minutes and simmer for 5 minutes until the soup is done.
Use:
- As soup of the day.
