Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Wheat flour type 405 or 550
  • 1 pinch Baking powder
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Cinammon
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Egg yolk size M
  • 50 g Butter
  • 4 Ripe peaches
  • Icing sugar for dusting
  • 2 tbsp Rum or orange liqueur, alternatively orange juice
  • 4 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 125 g Fresh raspberries
  • 4 Bullets Vanilla icecream

Instructions
 

  • For the crumble, put the flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, salt, egg yolk and melted butter in a large mixing bowl. Only then use the dough hook of the hand mixer to make sprinkles with your hands, then put in a cool place.
  • Wash, core and cut the peaches into pieces. Drizzle with rum, orange juice or liqueur and leave to marinate for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (convection: 175 ° C).
  • Spread the portion molds with butter. Spread the prepared peaches in it and spread the crumble on top.
  • Bake the crumble in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until golden yellow. Cover with aluminum foil if necessary.
  • Take the crumble out of the oven, let it cool down a bit and garnish with raspberries. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
