Neymar Style Spaghetti

  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • 100 g Spinach leaves fresh or frozen
  • 100 g Ham or ham cubes
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 200 g Cream
  • 1 tsp Vegetable broth powder

  1. Cut the ham into cubes. Peel the onion and garlic, dice both finely. Wash the spinach leaves and drain them on a sieve (put the frozen spinach leaves in a saucepan with a little water, bring to the boil briefly and with the lid on, let thaw for about 5-8 minutes over minimal heat. Put on a sieve and drain off).
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (convection: 175 ° C).
  3. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions, drain and drain. Roast pine nuts in a non-stick pan, remove and set aside.
  4. Heat the butter and olive oil in a pan, sauté the diced ham, onion and garlic in it. Add fresh spinach leaves and let collapse while stirring.
