Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g blackberries
  • ½ liter of vodka
  • ½ liter red wine
  • 400 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

no frills

Fill a wide-necked jar or bottle with blackberries and vodka. Let it sit in a warm place for about 6 weeks. Then strain everything through a sieve, bring the red wine and sugar to a boil, and then let it cool. Once the berries have drained well, combine the wine and the cooled berry vodka and pour into attractive bottles. A simple and delicious recipe that really tastes like blackberries.
