Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg peach(s), peeled, pitted
- 1 liter of water
- 200 g sugar
- 10 g citric acid
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Heat everything together in a saucepan, blend with a hand blender, and bring to a boil. Immediately pour into bottles and seal. Let cool lying down.
