Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta
  • some honey
  • 500 g peach(s), fresh or canned
  • 100 g sugar
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 50 g butter
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

or other fruit that tastes good with pasta!

Cook the tagliatelle in salted water and drain. Stir the butter into the pasta. Wash, peel, and quarter the peaches, then marinate them in sugar and let them sit. (If using canned peaches, skip the sugar and use the fruit juice for the sauce.) Stir in the sour cream and toss the sauce with the cooked pasta. Tip: This can also be served with other fruits, such as strawberries, blueberries, or apples.
