Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 360 g peach(s) (can or jar), with some juice
  • egg(s)
  • 20 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 20 g maple syrup
  • 10 ml liqueur (Batida mango-orange) or similar
  • 100 ml cream
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 15 minutes

Parfait with peach and Batida mango-orange

Puree the peaches with a little juice. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Combine the egg yolks with powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Whip the cream until stiff. Add the batida. Carefully fold in the cream and beaten egg whites. Pour into glasses and place in the freezer for 5-8 hours. Remove from the freezer about half an hour before serving.
