Peach, tomato, and basil salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 peach(s)
  • 6 large tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • some basil leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the peaches and tomatoes and cut them into thin wedges. Season the tomatoes with salt. Arrange the peaches and tomatoes alternately on 4 plates, drizzle with lemon juice. Drizzle with oil and season with pepper. Garnish with basil leaves.
