Peanut butter banana popsicles

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 ml plant milk (plant drink), preferably almond milk
  • 3 bananas, very ripe
  • 200 g peanut butter
  • 1 bar of chocolate, vegan
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 100 g chopped peanuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 20 minutes

No ice cream maker required. Vegan. Makes about 10 popsicles.

Peel the bananas and chop them into large pieces. Combine the bananas, milk, and peanut butter in a bowl and puree. Pour into a silicone ice cream mold and freeze overnight or for at least 6 hours. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler. Pour into a deep glass. Dip the popsicle sticks about halfway into the chocolate and immediately sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
