  • 2 banana(s), ripe, in pieces, frozen

Instructions

Lactose-free, gluten-free, egg-free, no additives

Puree the frozen banana pieces in a high-performance blender/mixer until smooth. Consume immediately. Tastes very creamy (almost creamy!) and delicious. Absolutely free from any additives. Ideal for allergy sufferers and small children. Tip: Freeze browning bananas in pieces. I always keep them in stock in the freezer. They’re also great for banana cake.
