Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 large chicken schnitzels
- 1 zucchini
- 4 slice(s) cheese, spicy
- salt and pepper
- some sesame
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Flatten the chicken cutlets between foil. Season with salt and pepper. Thinly slice the zucchini lengthwise using a mandoline. Arrange the slices on top of the chicken cutlets. Place the cheese on top, roll everything up, and secure. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the tops with sesame seeds. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for approximately 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oven and arrange on plates.
