Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat, beef, pork, chicken, turkey, etc.
- 1 tbsp, leveled mustard
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Form the dough into ping-pong ball-sized balls and place them in an ovenproof dish. I usually make 50 meatballs. Bake the balls in the oven for about 20 minutes until cooked through. I also often make them in the air fryer. The balls are also great for freezing.
