Peanut butter cookies with chocolate chips

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 130 g creamy peanut butter
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 100 g white sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 360 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 g dark chocolate, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Cream together the softened butter, peanut butter, and both sugars until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time and mix in. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together, add to the mixture, and mix in. Now stir in the chocolate, which has been chopped into fairly large pieces. Using a teaspoon, place heaped mounds on the baking sheet, making sure to leave space between each mound. Bake the cookies in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown. This also depends on the size. Remove from the oven, let cool briefly, and then transfer to a wire rack using a spatula. Let cool completely and serve. This batch yields about 30 cookies.
