Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g white chocolate
  • 125 ml cream
  • 175 g Peanut Butter Crunchy
  • 145 g peanuts, roasted and salted

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 30 minutes

Melt the chocolate and cream in a saucepan over low heat, remove from the heat, and stir in the peanut butter until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator for about 4 hours, or preferably overnight. Meanwhile, finely chop the peanuts and place them in a bowl or plate. Form the peanut butter into bite-sized balls and immediately roll them in the chopped peanuts and place them in paper sleeves. Makes about 36 walnut-sized chocolates. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve! Shelf life: About 2 weeks if refrigerated.
