Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 egg whites
- 100 g cane sugar
- 50 g peanut butter, with peanut pieces
- 150 g peanuts, roasted and salted
- 25 wafers
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Roughly chop the roasted and salted peanuts. Preheat the oven to 160°C (top/bottom heat). Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the brown sugar, whisking continuously. Then fold in the peanut butter and chopped peanuts. Place the wafers on a baking sheet and place small heaps of the batter on top using 2 teaspoons. Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Then remove and let cool on a wire rack. Makes about 25 wafers.
