Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cans of roasted and salted peanuts, 200g each
  • 2 bags of chocolate coating, whole milk, 100 g each
  • 1 bag of dark chocolate coating, 100 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Place the cake icing sachets in the microwave on the lowest power setting for about 4-5 minutes. Then knead the sachets until all the chocolate is melted. Empty the contents into a bowl and stir well to ensure the milk and dark chocolate are well blended. Add the peanuts to the chocolate and mix. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and, using two teaspoons, place small peanut-chocolate mounds on top. Place in a cool place. After about 30 minutes, transfer the solidified mounds to a bowl and store in the refrigerator. Tip: Works just as well with cornflakes or raisins.
