Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 500 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 can peanuts salted and roasted
  • 2 m.-sized eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

quick and easy

Gradually mix all ingredients together in the order listed, knead thoroughly, and form into balls. Flatten slightly and place directly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven on the middle rack at 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes. This dough yields approximately 35 cookies.
