Ingredients
 

Dough for about 30 pieces

  • 225 g Flour
  • 50 g Powdered sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 60 g Sanella
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 70 g Peanut Butter Crunchy

Filling decoration

  • Chocolate cream for example. Nutella or similar
  • Unsalted peanuts

Instructions
 

  • Mix the flour, powdered sugar and a pinch of salt. Add the egg, butter and the peanut butter in flakes. Knead with a dough hook, then knead into a smooth dough with your hands. Put in a cool place for about 30 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured work surface (I have a silicone pad) and cut out about 40-60 pieces with a mold (about 5cm diameter) and place on a baking sheet with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 175 ° (convection). Bake the biscuits for approx. 8 - 9 minutes.
