- 100 g protein powder
- 150 g low-fat curd cheese
- 300 ml milk
- 50 g peanut butter
- 50 g almond flakes

Perfect for half a baking tray – simple and protein-rich
Preheat oven to 160°C fan/convection oven. Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl. Spread the batter on a baking sheet to a thickness of approximately 1-1.5 cm and bake for approximately 20 minutes. After baking, let cool and cut into bars. Nutritional values for the entire mixture: Energy: 1690 kcal Carbohydrates: 110 g Protein: 153 g Fat: 68 g For 21 bars, that’s 80 kcal per bar.
