Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 130 g flour
- 200 g peanuts, roasted, salted
- 80 g oat flakes, wholemeal
- 130 g butter, soft
- 150 g brown sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Chop the peanuts into small pieces (e.g., in a small bowl for an immersion blender). Combine the butter, sugar, and egg. Combine the flour, oats, and baking powder, add to the mixture, and mix. Add the chopped peanuts and mix everything together. Using two spoons or, as I do, with your hands, drop small mounds of about 3 cm onto the baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10-12 minutes. This batter will fill about 3 baking sheets.
