Peanut sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 red chili pepper(s)
  • 125 ml water
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 50 g peanut butter, with pieces
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Clean and wash the chili pepper, and dice it very finely. Bring the water to a boil with the soy sauce and chili pepper. Stir the peanut butter into the boiling liquid, reduce the heat, and season with salt. The sauce can be served hot or cold.
