Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200g mozzarella
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp pesto
  • 1 small romaine lettuce
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • 4 tortillas

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with mozzarella and tomatoes

Cut the mozzarella into 1 cm pieces and mix with the pesto. Wash and dice the tomatoes. Tear the lettuce, wash it, and cut it into 1 cm strips. Mix the balsamic vinegar and oil, season with salt and pepper. Then mix the dressing with the tomatoes and lettuce. Roll the wraps into cones and fill them with the lettuce and tomato mixture and the mozzarella.
