Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of sauce powder for gravy
- 200 ml water
- 1 tbsp, leveled peanut butter
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tsp cream cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Boil the gravy with slightly less water than indicated on the package (I use about 150-200 ml instead of 250 ml). Once the gravy thickens, add a level tablespoon of peanut butter and stir well (more if you like it nuttier and richer, you can add more). Remove the pot from the heat and add the yogurt and cream cheese to the gravy. Stir, and you’re done. The gravy tastes great with pasta, but also as a sauce for roasted chicken, etc. If you like it spicier, you can also slice in hot jalapenos.
