Pear and cinnamon salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bowls of lamb’s lettuce
  • 3 large pears
  • Cinnamon powder
  • n. B. Honey
  • e.g. balsamic vinegar
  • e.g. walnuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

delicious quick salad for connoisseurs.

Wash the lamb’s lettuce and divide evenly between 4 plates. Wash and peel the pears, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Chop the nuts and set aside. Sauté the pear pieces in a pan with a little balsamic vinegar, the nuts, and honey until light brown. Sprinkle with cinnamon and stir well again in the pan. Place a lid on the pan and keep warm at a low heat. In a small saucepan or pan, mix the balsamic vinegar and honey until thickened, adding a little cinnamon as well. Place the pear pieces, nuts, and liquid from the other pan on top of the lamb’s lettuce, then spread the balsamic vinegar and honey on top and serve warm (!).
