Pear and Speculoos Jelly

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 900 ml pear juice, direct juice, no nectar
  • 1 bag of Gelling Fix, 3:1
  • 300 g sugar (or 25 ml sweetener)
  • 3 tsp spice mix for speculatius
  • 1 medium-sized lemon(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

low-sugar, wintery jelly

Heat the pear juice with the squeezed lemon juice, stir in the sugar and gelling agent, and bring to a boil. Boil gently for 3 minutes, stir in the spices, and immediately pour into 200 ml twist-off jars. Turn the jars upside down for a few minutes and let them cool completely! A great little Christmas gift!
