Sweet Spots with Apple and Weft
The perfect sweet spots with apple and weft recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 50 g Sugar
- 125 g Flour
- 70 ml Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 50 g Butter
- 0,5 Apple
- 1 tablespoon Ground almonds
- 0,5 packet Vanilla sugar
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- Powdered sugar
- 1 pinch Clove powder
- 1 Shot Whiskey or something else
- Melt the butter and let it cool down.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, clove powder and the almonds. Then add the milk and stir everything together. Then add the sugar and a pinch of salt and stir again.
- Add the melted butter and rub in the apple (with the grater) and if you like a little shot of whiskey.
- In my sandwich toaster, I turned this over once after about 5 minutes. Served with powdered sugar and raspberry jam.
