Sweet Spots with Apple and Weft

The perfect sweet spots with apple and weft recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 50 g Sugar
  • 125 g Flour
  • 70 ml Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 50 g Butter
  • 0,5 Apple
  • 1 tablespoon Ground almonds
  • 0,5 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch Clove powder
  • 1 Shot Whiskey or something else
  1. Melt the butter and let it cool down.
  2. Mix the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, clove powder and the almonds. Then add the milk and stir everything together. Then add the sugar and a pinch of salt and stir again.
  3. Add the melted butter and rub in the apple (with the grater) and if you like a little shot of whiskey.
  4. In my sandwich toaster, I turned this over once after about 5 minutes. Served with powdered sugar and raspberry jam.
