Ingredients
- 640 g Flour
- 330 g Sugar
- 4 size Eggs
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 packet Sultanas
- 15 size Pears
- 15 size Cocoa powder
- 15 size Breadcrumbs
- 250 g Butter
Instructions
- 440gr. Flour, 130gr. Sugar, 150gr. Knead the butter, the eggs, the baking powder and the sultanas into a dough. Now peel and quarter the pears.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, lay out the dough in it and put it up a little on the edge of the sheet. Scatter some breadcrumbs on the dough. Place the quartered pears on top as desired.
- For the crumble 200gr. Flour, 200gr. Sugar and 100gr. Put the butter and cocoa powder in a bowl and mix well. (I take 3 well heaped tablespoons) Now distribute the crumble on the pears. Now bake the cake in the preheated oven at 175 to 180 degrees for about 45 to 60 minutes. (I use convection!) Warning ....... because of the cocoa powder, it may be that a little more butter is needed for the crumble!
