Light Cake with Chocolate Sprinkles from Tray

- 500 g Margarine
- 400 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 500 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 2 Bags Custard powder
- 1 cups Sour cream
- 250 g Chocolate sprinkles
- Put the margarine together with the sugar and the vanilla sugar in a bowl and stir for about 2 minutes at the highest level. Gradually add the eggs and stir again and again in between. Mix the flour with the baking powder and the pudding powder and add in small portions. Mix everything with to a uniform mass. Then add the sour cream and stir in well. Grease the chocolate sprinkles with a wooden spoon or something similar under the baking sheet (no matter a higher one) or line with baking paper or aluminum foil, distribute the dough evenly on top.
- Preheat the oven, circulating air about 160 – 170 degrees middle rail. Bake for about 40 – 45 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving
