Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 6 tbsp oil
- 6 tbsp flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tbsp chocolate sprinkles
- 2 bulb(s)
- Fat and flour for the mold
- 100 g chocolate coating
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Beat the eggs until frothy, add the sugar, and beat until creamy. Stir in the oil. Combine the flour, cinnamon, and baking powder and stir in, along with the chocolate sprinkles. Peel and core the pears, then cut them into small pieces and fold them into the batter. Grease and flour a springform pan and pour in the batter. Bake at medium heat (top/bottom heat, depending on the preheated oven) at approximately 160–175°C for about 30 minutes. Once cooled, drizzle with chocolate glaze.
