Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 50 ml water
  • 15 g protein powder
  • 50 g raspberries, frozen
  • 12 g nuts, mixed
  • 1 small banana(s)
  • 1 scoop of ice cream (protein ice cream)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Pour the low-fat quark into a large serving bowl and mix with a little water until creamy. Be careful not to add too much water! Then add the powder and mix until the mixture is lump-free. Then, chop the banana and add it along with the raspberries. Add a scoop of protein ice cream and top with nuts.
