Pear Capriccio with Yogurt and Candied Walnuts
The perfect pear capriccio with yogurt and candied walnuts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 tsp Butter
- 40 g Walnut kernels
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 3 tbsp Pear spirit
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 6 tbsp Birch sap
- 2 Pears
- 100 g Yogurt (whole milk)
- 2 tbsp Milk
- First melt the butter in a non-stick pan. Then add the walnuts and 1 tbsp honey, stir-fry and let cool.
- Then mix the pear spirit with lemon juice, 2 tbsp honey and birch juice.
- 2 Peel ripe pears and slice them into wafer-thin slices. Immediately place the thin slices on a plate and drizzle with the sauce.
- Mix the yogurt with 1 tablespoon of honey and milk, then drizzle 3 tablespoons of the mixture over the pears. Finally, roughly chop the nuts and sprinkle over them.
