Apple Leek Salad with Walnuts, Cheese and Yogurt Dressing

  • 2 Apple (Jonagold) organic
  • 80 g Leek
  • 100 g Cheese with elderflower
  • Onion rings red
  • Green pepper from the mill
  • 2 tablespoon Walnuts

dressing

  • 3 tablespoon Yogurt greek
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar with fig
  • 1 tablespoon Flowerhoney
  • 1 tablespoon Grated walnuts
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 6 Basil leaves red
  • 1 teaspoon Green peppercorns
  • Salt
  1. Cut the leek into rings. Cut the apple into slices. Cut the cheese into slices. Place on a plate with the onion rings and walnuts.
  2. Puree the ingredients for the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and garnish with basil leaves.
  4. I have the cheese bought in an organic supermarket. You can of course also use a different cheese.
