Apple Leek Salad with Walnuts, Cheese and Yogurt Dressing
The perfect apple leek salad with walnuts, cheese and yogurt dressing recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 2 Apple (Jonagold) organic
- 80 g Leek
- 100 g Cheese with elderflower
- Onion rings red
- Green pepper from the mill
- 2 tablespoon Walnuts
dressing
- 3 tablespoon Yogurt greek
- 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar with fig
- 1 tablespoon Flowerhoney
- 1 tablespoon Grated walnuts
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 6 Basil leaves red
- 1 teaspoon Green peppercorns
- Salt
- Cut the leek into rings. Cut the apple into slices. Cut the cheese into slices. Place on a plate with the onion rings and walnuts.
- Puree the ingredients for the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and garnish with basil leaves.
- I have the cheese bought in an organic supermarket. You can of course also use a different cheese.
