Pear – Crumble …
The perfect pear – crumble … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 Lemon fresh
- 1 Pear fresh
- 1 tablespoon Currants
- Ground cinnamon
- 3 Walnut kernels
- 40 g Butter
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 4 tablespoon Flour
- 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
- 2 piece Milka Zartherb
- Squeeze the lemon. Quarter and peel the pear, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Mix with the lemon juice. Add currants and cinnamon and mix in.
- Roughly chop the walnut kernels. Knead crumble from butter, vanilla sugar, cocoa powder, flour and walnuts.
- Grease a small ovenproof dish. Put the pear in it. Spread the sprinkles on top. Sprinkle brown sugar on top. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Take the crumble out of the oven. Grate chocolate over it. Allow to cool slightly.
