Pear – Crumble …

The perfect pear – crumble … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 Lemon fresh
  • 1 Pear fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Currants
  • Ground cinnamon
  • 3 Walnut kernels
  • 40 g Butter
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 4 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
  • 2 piece Milka Zartherb
  1. Squeeze the lemon. Quarter and peel the pear, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Mix with the lemon juice. Add currants and cinnamon and mix in.
  2. Roughly chop the walnut kernels. Knead crumble from butter, vanilla sugar, cocoa powder, flour and walnuts.
  3. Grease a small ovenproof dish. Put the pear in it. Spread the sprinkles on top. Sprinkle brown sugar on top. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  4. Take the crumble out of the oven. Grate chocolate over it. Allow to cool slightly.
  5. 5 …. and just enjoy … best with a cup of cocoa and a good book … 😉
