Pear garlic with almonds

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg pear(s)
  • 500 g gelling sugar (2:1)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 50 g almonds, chopped
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Peel, core, and finely dice the pears. Combine with the preserving sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil while stirring, then simmer for about 4 minutes. Stir in the chopped almonds, pour the jam into jars, and seal.
