Pear smoothie with pomegranate

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pomegranate
  • 2 bulb(s)
  • 150 g natural yogurt, low-fat
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tsp liquid honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 ice cubes
  • Lemon balm

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Extra low in fat

Halve the pomegranate. Juice the halves using a lemon squeezer. Peel, core, and roughly dice the pears. Place in a tall container with yogurt, cinnamon, honey, pomegranate juice, and lemon juice. Add ice cubes and blend thoroughly. Pour into two glasses and garnish with lemon balm. Serve immediately.
