Penne with tuna and paprika sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g pasta (mezze penne rigate)
  • 150 g tuna, natural
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
  • ½ bunch spring onion(s), diced
  • 125 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Parmesan
  • Sambal Oelek
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta al dente. Sauté the onion and bell pepper in olive oil and deglaze with a little water. Add the tuna and simmer. Season and add the crème fraîche. Mix with the pasta and let it simmer. Grate fresh Parmesan cheese over the top and serve with a green salad and baguette.
