Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 dl beer
- 400 g pear(s), peeled, diced
- 40 g mustard seeds
- 1 ½ tsp sugar
- ¾ tsp spice mix (pear bread spice)
- 1 tsp salt
- 100 g mustard, mild
- 1 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
Instructions

a culinary gift, makes 2 glasses of 250 ml each
Combine all ingredients up to and including salt in a pan and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Combine the pear-beer mixture with the remaining ingredients in a tall container and blend until smooth. Pour into clean, dry jars, filling them just below the rim and seal immediately.
