Pears with Bavaria Blue
The perfect pears with bavaria blue recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Pears
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 200 g Bavaria Blue
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Peel, halve and core the pears, heat the butter in a pan.
- Lightly fry the pear halves. Add honey and swirl the pan so that the honey slightly coats the pears.
- Line the tray with baking paper and cook the pears on the middle rack for 8-10 minutes, until the pear halves have a nice shine and smell of honey.
- Cut the Bavaria Blue into cubes and fill the pear halves with it
