Pears with Bavaria Blue

The perfect pears with bavaria blue recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pears
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 200 g Bavaria Blue
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Peel, halve and core the pears, heat the butter in a pan.
  1. Lightly fry the pear halves. Add honey and swirl the pan so that the honey slightly coats the pears.
  1. Line the tray with baking paper and cook the pears on the middle rack for 8-10 minutes, until the pear halves have a nice shine and smell of honey.
  1. Cut the Bavaria Blue into cubes and fill the pear halves with it
