Peas and Carrots Pan

The perfect peas and carrots pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Pork strips
  • 300 g Frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 Onion
  • 200 g Cooking cream
  • Salt pepper; Paprika powder
  • Oregano
  • 1 kleine Tasse Brühe
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  1. Cook the peas and carrots in the stock for 5 minutes. Or just take water.
  2. Peel and dice the onion.
  3. Heat oil, fry the meat and onion in it, then add the peas and carrots and sauté briefly. Add the cooking cream. Season to taste with the spices and oregano. Let simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Peas and carrots are left over and then the pan dish was created.
