Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200g pasta
- salt water
- 200 g peas, fresh or frozen
- 100 g ham, diced
- 150 ml vegetable stock
- 100 ml cream (cooking cream, 15% fat)
- n.e. Paprika powder, rose hot
- e.g. cayenne pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Brown the ham cubes in a pan without fat. Add the peas, continue to cook briefly, and then deglaze with the broth. Add the cream and simmer until reduced to the desired consistency. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Season the sauce with paprika and pepper, pour over the pasta, and serve quickly.
